Signing in
My code didn't arrive
- Wait a minute, then check Junk and Quarantine in Outlook. UW mail sometimes holds new senders there.
- Make sure you typed your full @uwaterloo.ca address.
- Tap "Send a new code". Only the newest code works, and each one expires after 10 minutes.
It says BigBack is only for UW students
Sign up needs a @uwaterloo.ca email address. More campuses are coming.

In the app: You → Account → Delete account. This permanently deletes your profile, posts, photos and rankings.
Get a copy of my data
Email us from your UW address and we'll send it within 30 days.
Make my profile private
You → Settings → Private profile. New followers then need your approval.
