Community Guidelines
BigBack is for honest, fun takes on food from people you actually know. Keep it that way:
Do
- Post real meals you actually ate, and rate them honestly.
- Rate the food, not the people. Roast the fries, not the server.
- Ask before posting friends. If someone in your photo asks you to take it down, take it down.
- Keep jokes about appetite. Big back behaviour is about loving food. Never joke about anyone's body or weight.
Don't. Zero tolerance:
- Hate: attacking people for race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, nationality or any other part of who they are.
- Harassment and bullying: targeting, mocking or pile-ons, including in comments and tags.
- Sexual content or nudity.
- Violence and threats, or encouraging self-harm.
- Private information: posting someone's address, schedule, contact details or screenshots of private messages.
- Impersonation, spam and fake reviews: no paid or traded ratings, no rating your own or your employer's restaurant, no ads without permission.
- Illegal activity, including underage drinking content and selling drugs.
Reporting and what happens next
- Report any post, comment or profile from its ••• menu. Block anyone from their profile. A block hides you from each other completely.
- We review every report within 24 hours. Content that breaks these rules is removed, and the person who posted it is warned, suspended or permanently removed, depending on how serious it is. Hate, threats, sexual content and sharing private information lead to removal on the first offence.
- If you think we got it wrong, email support@bigback.app and a person will look again.
